Position:                General Manager

 

Our client, a well-established contract manufacturer specializing in electromechanical products, is seeking a General Manager to lead its team of 90+ highly motivated and empowered employees. The General Manager will have full P&L responsibility and must possess strong analytical skills, ensuring swift and effective decision-making. While direct experience in contract manufacturing is not required, candidates must have a proven background in a manufacturing environment with at least 15 years of experience, including the most recent 3-4 years managing a team of ideally 40-60 employees. A background in engineering, finance, or accounting within a manufacturing setting is essential. This role requires a leader, not a doer—someone who can inspire, drive strategic growth, and maintain the company’s outstanding work culture.
